This project was part of the Usability Engineering coursework and we were required to select a context for inquiry that would involve a system. We selected Library as our context for inquiry and visited 9 libraries in Guwahati over a span of 2 weeks. The first part of the project involved gaining a deep understanding the system through ethnographic research and then finding pain points by creating engineering models of the system and perform protocol analysis to find pain points in the system and provide a suitable design intervention.
